Theresa Valliant, NC Certified Paralegal
Theresa graduated from Central Carolina Community College in 2000 with an Associates in Applied Sciences. While she was in school, Theresa interned with Webb & Graves, PLLC from 1999 through her graduation. She then became a full time paralegal with the firm. Theresa is the most senior legal staff with Webb & Graves, PLLC and her experiences range from basic and advanced estate planning, simple and complex estate administration, trust administration, fiduciary services and management of estates, trusts, partnerships and limited liability companies. Theresa is the lead paralegal in Webb & Graves movement toward advanced asset protection and wealth protection through estate planning. Her background and tenure of ten years with Webb & Graves makes her a valuable asset to clients and client relations, the inner workings of the firm,and assisting with law firm administration for new staff and attorneys.
Theresa became a certified paralegal with the NC Bar Association under the Plan for Paralegal Certification and became an Non-Lawyer Member in July 2005 and she has maintained her certification and non-lawyer status since 2005.
Theresa is a member of the firm's Aberdeen location, where she lives with her husband of 17 years and three children. She enjoys and participates in endurance horseback riding and equine clinics, as well as participating in her children's school soccer and band programs.
